Apuška brandies are completely natural fruit brandies, made exclusively from fresh, healthy and ripe fruit from Slavonia. By careful and detailed processing of this fruit, blackberries are created, to which, in order to enrich the traditional recipe, nowdays only bio additives are added, top-quality pectolytic enzymes and selected yeasts. This brandy is obtained by double distillation of selected pear fruits, according to the traditional recipe.
