It smells intensely of lemon peel and vineyard peach, after two minutes you can smell melon and then freshly baked bread. The varietal characteristics are expressed in its taste, so it has a fullness and fine natural sweetness, much more complex than that obtained by subsequent sweetening, and thanks to the pleasant acidity it refreshes and quenches thirst, but each sip simply calls for another. It is a good aperitif, and like the need for food, it also develops the desire for conversation and laughter. Before fermentation, all Barun wines are macerated for 1-30 days at three levels in order to extract the maximum fruit aromas. Barun sparkling wines are aged in the bottle on yeasts for at least two years.
