Barun Seigneur Chardonnay 0,75 L

A classic Burgundian chardonnay aged on fine lees. The berries were macerated for two weeks, and the wine was matured in a combination of new and used American and French oak barrels. It has all the colors of a fine white wine, yellow turns into gold, and it has retained a greenish glow. It smells like a basket of fruits in which there are exotic, typical for the variety, but ripe lemon, apple and pear, quince and yellow plum dominate. It has a sumptuous taste, playful, with fine acids and minerality.
