Pelinkovac Epulon of the Rossi family is an homage to Epulon, the legendary king of Istria. His fight for freedom against the mighty Roman Empire is reflected in the battle between the sweet and bitter taste of this elegant liqueur. The scent is dominated by the aroma of wormwood accompanied by vanilla, caramel and citrus. On the palate, the bitterness of wormwood is delicately balanced by rich notes of citrus, anise, vanilla and caramel. It is crowned with a fine, sweet-bitter and long-lasting finish.
